The killers -A Great Big Sled + Bob Dylan 1975
This might be the first Christmas song this year that doesn't make my stomach turn.
You can probably find the mp3 at Hype Machine.
If you are a Dylan fan you should head over to Ryan's Smashing Life for a 1975 Bootleg Collection The Little White Wonder Volume 2 (unreleased bootleg album).

Kama Aina
The Danish video-duo UFEX has just completed a very slow and beautiful video for the Kama Aina song "Glasgow Sky". This is the second video UFEX has made for Rumraket (their last one was a stunning Cacoy video).
Kama Aina & Bill Wells - Glasgow Sky (You Tube)
Japanese Kama Aina released his fifth solo album "Club Kama Aina" on Rumraket in November in Europe. He is guested by Bill Wells, The Pastels and Isobel Campbell on the album and to our delight the album has been received very positive. Mojo Magazine (uk) just gave it 4 of 5 stars and proclaimed it 'bewitching' !

Little Barrie
UK band Little Barrie will put out their secound album, Stand Your Ground, this January. I allready have it and I tell you guess, it's amazing!
“Sounding not unlike Hendrix covering The Temptations, they succeed in capturing the essence of the Delta and bottling it in a contemporary garage brew.” That's what The Independent said about their sound and I agree...

Schizophrenia
I linked to the Young @ Heart Chorus cover of Coldplays "Fix You" about a week ago. Today I found another clip on YouTube with the seniors doing a cover of Sonic Youths "Schizophrenia". I also embedded the original version by Sonic Youth taken from the film "1991 - The Year Punk Broke", which by the way is one of the best rock documentaries ever made. You can download the entire film from Google Video here.

Victor Scott - Gotta Go (Video)
Michaelle Stikich made a new very nice video for Victor Scott (read our previous post about Victor).
"The basic concept was simple, ask Victor's fans/friends to submit video of them dancing to the song, then cut it together."
